Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and industry trends
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with staffing agencies or corporate HR departments
- Proven success in placing candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and professional services
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
