Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in technical, administrative, and healthcare roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with 30+ active client companies in Oklahoma City
- Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven recruitment solutions to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
