Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for IT, healthcare, and finance roles across Ohio
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics with Fortune 500 clients
- Present data-driven recruitment reports and market insights to hiring managers
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship building
- Drive agency growth by identifying new business opportunities in Ohio market
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with staffing agency background
- Proven track record of placing candidates in $75K+ salaried roles
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Ohio's talent landscape across multiple industries
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with competing deadlines
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
