Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time positions across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier companies in the Oakland metropolitan area
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies using cutting-edge ATS technology
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical and professional roles
- Strong knowledge of Oakland's labor market and industry landscape
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
