Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse full-time roles in Mesa's healthcare, tech, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and networking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with Mesa-based employers to understand staffing needs and business goals
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Conduct market research to stay current on Mesa's talent landscape and compensation trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Mesa's key industries with verifiable references
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification a plus
