Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking strategies
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient candidate management
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic recruitment insights to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and reporting metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of successful placements in Louisville's key industries
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
