Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and engineering sectors using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and industry trends
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve placement metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal monthly placement quota of 15-20 professionals
- Represent the agency at industry networking events and job fairs in Long Beach metro area
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and social recruiting platforms
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-suite client experience
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
