Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for C-suite, engineering, and supply chain roles
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Jacksonville metro
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation strategies and talent scarcity
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal desk of 15+ active requisitions
- Leverage our ATS and AI-powered sourcing tools to achieve 95% fill rate
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency/corporate recruiting experience with technical/logistics roles
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Jacksonville's talent landscape and labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and HireVue
- Exceptional negotiation skills and client management acumen
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced environment
