Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, engineering, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and business objectives
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics and revenue targets
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification highly desirable
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
