Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry-specific job boards
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, and placement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job descriptions and candidate attraction strategies
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations
- Strong understanding of Wichita's local talent market and key industry sectors
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
