Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across Texas' competitive talent markets
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical and professional roles
- Develop strategic client partnerships across Dallas, Austin, and Houston
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and reporting
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding campaigns
- Train junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience in Texas market
- Proven track record of placing technical roles (software, engineering)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of Texas tech and healthcare professionals
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics
- Ability to travel across Texas client sites
