Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles across tech, design, and marketing sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with 15-20 key accounts in Portland's business community
- Leverage data analytics to identify market trends and optimize recruitment strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency-wide process improvements
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or creative recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in Portland's tech/design talent market and local networking ecosystem
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred) with data-driven recruitment approach
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with $50k+ deal experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proactive problem-solver with ability to adapt quickly to changing market demands
