Responsibilities
- Source and vet top-tier candidates through advanced Boolean searches and strategic networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical and healthcare roles
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand evolving talent needs
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using our proprietary ATS platform
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement KPIs
- Lead employer branding initiatives at regional tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven tech/healthcare specialization
- Expert knowledge of PA labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
