Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruiting techniques
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ client companies in Oklahoma City metro
- Optimize recruitment processes using Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters while achieving monthly placement and revenue targets
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to build inclusive workforces
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with strong candidate assessment skills
- Certification in SHRM-CP or similar HR/recruiting designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma City's talent landscape and key industries
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining candidate/client relationships
