Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with technical or healthcare specialization
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of Bay Area talent landscape and emerging industry trends
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever) with data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
