Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract placements across 15+ industry verticals
- Develop deep client relationships through quarterly business reviews and strategic talent mapping
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on talent availability and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quota of 12-15 placements/month
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record in volume hiring
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with specialization in tech, healthcare, or financial services
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Hiretual)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close high-value placements
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at C-suite level
- Proficiency in data-driven recruitment analytics and reporting dashboards
