Responsibilities
- Source and qualify passive candidates across technical, professional, and industrial roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts simultaneously
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for diverse talent pools
- Present qualified shortlists with detailed candidate analytics to clients
- Negotiate compensation packages and close placements with 85%+ success rate
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in Milwaukee's key industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly valued
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics reporting
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with reliable transportation
