Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client assignments
- Develop strategic partnerships with Miami-based C-suite executives
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Drive retention through candidate relationship management post-placement
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with technical/hiring experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements in the past 12 months
- Expertise in Miami's local talent landscape and industry niches
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
