Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent/temporary roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at top LA companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction through onboarding support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong network of LA-based tech and healthcare professionals
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to influence stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
