Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven success in placing candidates in technical, executive, or specialized roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
