Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing to interview coordination to placement
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process innovation
- Represent Peak Talent Partners at industry networking events and conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Strong network of Denver-area tech and finance professionals
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Track record of exceeding quarterly placement and revenue targets
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, commission-based environment
