Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical and professional roles across Boston's innovation hubs
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ Boston-area companies including MIT startups and healthcare giants
- Implement AI-powered sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
- Lead candidate assessment processes using behavioral interviewing and skills-based evaluation frameworks
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven recommendations to clients on compensation and talent strategy
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billings of $1M+ annually
- Champion diversity initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume technical recruitment with proven success in Boston market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Strong network within Boston's tech, biotech, or financial services communities
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Ability to manage 20+ concurrent requisitions with 90% fill rate
- Advanced knowledge of Massachusetts labor regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close difficult placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
