Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across IT, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Optimize recruitment funnel through data-driven performance metrics
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and Virginia labor regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Virginia Beach market
- Proven track record of 40+ placements annually in competitive industries
- Expertise in Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline management
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Lever)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
