Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, professional, or healthcare roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting hiring metrics
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
