Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and engineering
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic account management
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) for candidate tracking and reporting
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven success in high-volume, technical, or healthcare recruitment
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid Louisiana staffing recruiter certification preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
