Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment techniques
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Maintain 90%+ fill rate for assigned positions through strategic talent mapping
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of closing technical and executive-level placements
- Expertise with full-cycle recruitment processes and ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
