Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand positions in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier corporate clients and hiring managers
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with cultural fit
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across niche job boards and social platforms
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with proven track record of placements
- Expert knowledge of Virginia Beach talent market and regional industry clusters
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data-driven approach
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of EEOC regulations and DEI best practices
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and recruitment analytics tools
