Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct 20+ candidate interviews weekly with behavioral-based assessment techniques
- Manage client relationships through weekly partnership meetings and KPI reporting
- Lead employer branding initiatives across 3+ job boards and 5 social platforms
- Onboard new hires with 95% satisfaction through structured orientation processes
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic workforce planning recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with tech/healthcare specialization
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday required)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table analytics
- Experience managing recruitment budgets over $500K
- Strong negotiation skills with offer acceptance rates above 85%
- Valid Colorado driver's license for client site visits
