Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering sectors
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through exceptional communication
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expert knowledge of South Florida talent landscape and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
