Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key accounts in manufacturing, healthcare, and tech
- Develop client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments for technical roles
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job campaigns
- Generate weekly performance reports and placement analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume, technical or skilled trade placements
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search mastery
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
