Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients and high-growth startups
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Present compelling candidate profiles with data-driven recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends through continuous learning and certification programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or executive recruitment experience with staffing agencies
- Proven track record of filling roles in competitive Seattle job market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with both candidates and hiring stakeholders
- ATS proficiency with experience in Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
