Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for executive, technical, and specialized roles across Houston's key industries
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with 15+ corporate clients monthly
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, and referral networks
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments using behavioral methodologies
- Lead compensation negotiations and contract finalization with 98% offer acceptance rate
- Manage applicant tracking system pipeline with 25+ active requisitions simultaneously
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance (EEOC, OFCCP) and diversity best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with 3+ years in Houston market
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually in $100K+ roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data analysis capabilities
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification strongly preferred
