Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client assignments
- Develop strategic hiring partnerships with Tampa-area businesses
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews using structured methodologies
- Negotiate compensation packages and close high-volume placements
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency/corporate recruitment with proven placement track record
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn required)
- Strong Tampa Bay professional network preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Technical understanding of key Tampa industries (healthcare, finance, IT)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
