Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for tech, engineering, and product roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ high-growth San Jose startups
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and AI screening tools to identify passive candidates
- Lead interview calibration sessions with hiring managers
- Drive diversity initiatives through targeted sourcing channels
- Exceed quarterly placement metrics by 120%+
- Mentor junior recruiters on negotiation and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Bay Area market
- Proven track record placing engineers at Series B+ companies
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Strong understanding of compensation structures for FAANG-tier roles
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
