Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Bay Area market
- Proven track record placing candidates in tech, finance, or healthcare sectors
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with recruitment metrics interpretation
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of San Francisco talent landscape and compensation trends
