Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech, healthcare, and creative industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and executive-level roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers and clients
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Lead recruitment process optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in Portland or similar market
- Proven success in closing high-volume and niche roles (tech/healthcare preferred)
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Portland's talent landscape and compensation benchmarks
