Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, and place candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks
- Manage client relationships through weekly progress reports and strategic talent consultations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions using market intelligence
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows to reduce time-to-fill by 25%
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with emphasis on technical or professional roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics in competitive markets
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Philadelphia's talent landscape and industry trends
