Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across technical, creative, and executive roles
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to onboarding
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI and market analytics
- Conduct behavioral interviews and competency assessments
- Optimize recruitment workflows using cutting-edge ATS technology
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in candidate selection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven expertise in passive candidate sourcing and relationship building
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Deep understanding of New Orleans' talent landscape and industry clusters
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
