Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across multiple industries using advanced Boolean searches and AI tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients weekly
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track 200+ active requisitions
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing with proven KPIs
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and Calendly
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 85%+ offer acceptance rate
- Strong understanding of Nevada labor regulations and compliance
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Proficiency in data-driven recruitment analytics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
