Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for technical, engineering, and healthcare positions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop and maintain client relationships across Houston's key industries
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media and professional networks
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent insights to clients
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record placing technical or healthcare professionals
- Expert knowledge of Houston's talent landscape and industry demands
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive stakeholders
- Relevant industry certifications (CPC, CSP, or similar) preferred
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based performance structure
