Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews and offer negotiations
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to inform talent acquisition strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional client meetings
