Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships through regular consultations and strategic talent mapping
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage ATS tools and Boolean search techniques to build diverse talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction through proactive communication
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification or CTS designation preferred
- Deep understanding of Dallas-Fort Worth talent market dynamics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
