Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for technical, creative, and executive roles using advanced Boolean strategies and AI tools
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs and market trends
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment funnels and improve time-to-fill metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal desk of 15+ active client partnerships
- Represent the agency at industry events and build strategic partnerships with local universities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement history
- Expert knowledge of Charlotte's tech, finance, and healthcare talent markets
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator certification
- Strong business acumen with the ability to consult on talent strategy and compensation trends
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly KPIs in a competitive environment
