Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in high-growth industries
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Cultivate long-term relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to advise clients on competitive talent strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system and ensure compliance with EEOC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements per quarter in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, and talent mapping
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate complex offers
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
