Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios across tech, healthcare, and creative industries
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Onboard new hires with comprehensive orientation and ensure smooth integration
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling employer branding content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing through multiple channels (ATS, social media, referrals)
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in recruitment metrics
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
