Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent across various industries.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
