Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across software engineering, data science, and UX/UI design roles
- Build executive-level relationships with 15+ enterprise clients in Austin's tech corridor
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and niche community networks
- Negotiate complex compensation packages and contract terms
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality assurance
- Analyze market trends to inform talent acquisition strategies and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field with 5+ years technical recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or AI/ML roles
- Expertise with Greenhouse, Lever, or modern ATS platforms
- Valid PRC (Professional Recruiter Certification) or SHRM-SCP preferred
