Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify and secure top-tier talent across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their staffing needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a perfect fit.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry events, to expand the talent pool.
- Manage the candidate pipeline efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking advice to both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business strategies and expand our client base in the Louisville metro area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with recruiting software (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
