Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into temporary and permanent positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with both candidates and clients.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop a pipeline of talent within specific industries (e.g., Healthcare, IT, Finance).
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure placement satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
