Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track candidates and manage activity metrics.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly placement and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or agency sales is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
